As a newbie on substack - this fluttered up into my view this morning.

Thank you Mankh. I like how you weave word us with awareness, into and out of the Hungry Ghost realm, the Predators and back into -

Deeply listening is listening to spirit lore, listening is one of the originary, imperishable, forever, Mother Earth languages.

Thx, April, yeah tech things sometimes pop-up non-linearly, imagine that :). Wonderful how you convey "listening" as a language...makes sense to me before thinking about it, before the rational mind starts to wonder, 'but listening is listening and not a language'.... So to the rational mind i say, shut up and listen :)

LOL oh how we all have been taught to "rationalize". Daisaku Ikeda once said that the way of Peace is through the Art of Dialogue and that True dialogue requires listening. Dialogue is not just the exchange of words....there is also the silent pause as well that dances between the heart beat spirit drum.

Lovely. From a while ago, "Calling the 20th century “a century of war,” the Dalai Lama said: “The 21st century should be a century of dialogue.”"

Amazing poem, Mankh. Thank you. I agree with John Trudell, that we must starve the beast to kill it. That is why I advocate for non-participation in the system and the movement towards re-membering how Earth wants us to live.

Thx, George, much appreciated. I don't know how it's gonna play out with the masses, but a while ago i decided to minimize participation or non- when possible. And yes, listening to and being guided by Earth rather than trying to adapt Her to our needs, to paraphrase a Lakota friend.
